Methodology
Useful systems, with the limits visible.
The Library turns research and practical observations into a hierarchy of stacks, systems, playbooks, and habit cards. It is designed to make actions easier to choose and recombine—not to imitate a clinic, guru, or universal operating system.
Content origin
Some material is AI-assisted or synthesized from publicly available sources. A guide voice is not automatically an author, expert, or endorser. Named contributors and endorsements are shown only when their status is verified.
Evidence and scope
References are starting points for further reading. A citation does not make a claim universally applicable. Health-sensitive material is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified care.
Editorial controls
Every published stack has a review manifest, a risk classification, and a publication status. High-risk medical material is quarantined until qualified review is recorded. Invalid content, missing card references, invalid themes, and incomplete taxonomy fail validation.
Corrections
If a claim, attribution, source, or safety boundary is wrong, please report it before relying on the material. The Library should get more precise over time, not more theatrical.
